The staff member who handled our room was extremely helpful, while I’d appreciate having the floating debris cleared from the indoor bath each morning and a quick wipe‑down of the bathtub window side.
“Excellent- will stay there if I have the opportunity again.”
The place is in a great spot, the meals were tasty, and the staff were friendly.

The room was spotless and roomy, the food was superbly plated, the manager and all staff were warm, helpful, and professional, the view of Toba Bay from my room was breathtaking, and the onsens were outstanding.
We got a free upgrade to a higher‑ranked room, the service was very friendly, the food was delicious, and soaking in the onsen with that gorgeous view felt like getting far more than what we paid for; there were no downsides.
The front desk staff were very kind. No particular issues.
