Everything was kept in a very tidy, clean condition; the rooms followed a typical lodge/farmhouse style, a bit crowded but very cozy, and the bathroom was luxuriously large and equally spotless. The pool was rather small – you could sit in it but not much more. From the breakfast room you enjoyed a lovely view of the beach toward Sommerset and Helderberg. For vegetarians the breakfast was generally modest, but toast and omelette were always available and the omelette was quite tasty. The only drawback was that the property was set back on the second row from the road rather than directly on the beach, although a nice stretch of sand is within walking distance.

Breakfast was very good. The lady that was managing the Lodge was super friendly and very competent, The owners are fortunate to have such a fantastic person looking after the guests. Room exceeded expectations

The curb appeal is great, the guest lodge is attractive with a sweeping view of Gordon’s Bay; the rooms are large, well‑decorated, have a TV and air conditioner, and face the central swimming pool; there’s an on‑site pub; everything is immaculately clean; the staff are excellent, friendly, and super helpful.
Location. Breakfast was overcooked on both mornings. Airconditioner stopped cooling on 1st night. Still have nit received my invoice for my stay despite repeated requests
