The pool and sauna were perfect for family sharing, but the charge of 10 soles for two teas was ridiculous.

The outdoor area was nice, but there was no restaurant service and the mattresses on the beds could be better.

The building is beautiful but a bit set back from the center of Yanque, so it’s very quiet; the room is large, the breakfast area is nice, and there’s a lovely astronomy observatory, plus a small pool that we didn’t use because we preferred to go to the Yanque spa. The room is very cold, a gas heater is provided but can only be left on during the day for safety reasons, and it leaves a faint gas smell in the room; the dining area was chilly, so we had to wear a jacket; the observatory experience is interesting but is preceded by a ten‑minute shaky video about planets that is only suitable for elementary school level.
