They arranged transport from the airport very early in the morning, which I appreciated as a single woman. They assured me they would pick me up and I was pleased they could accommodate my request. The elevator was fantastic. The balcony door didn’t lock.

The location is great, just a short walk to the city centre, restaurants and markets. Thanks to the staff, especially Yusuf and Leth at reception, for their excellent service. The rooms were clean and the view of Jabal Al Qal‘eh was wonderful.

A fantastic stay overall; everyone was helpful and the rooms felt modern and spotless. The hotel’s spot near the city centre was a real bonus, and I’m especially grateful to driver Khaled Adi for taking me to Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and the Dead Sea—what an amazing trip! Nothing to complain about.

It’s really close to the city center for those who love downtown, but the furniture feels extremely old.

The place is lovely, situated in the city and near all the entertainment and everyday amenities, yet it needs a facelift to match better‑rated spots because it sits in such a strategic, lively spot.
