The rooms were extremely dirty; furniture and décor looked worn, unlike the photos. Cobwebs covered the walls, insects were active, there were cracks, outlets were soiled, baseboards were dirty, and the floor coverings didn’t look clean. I kept shoes or socks on at all times and stored clothes in bags. The bathroom door had no lock, and mold was on the ceiling. I couldn’t use the kitchen or coffee maker because of the cleanliness, and the claim of tea and coffee facilities is a stretch – only two unmarked coffee pods and two loose tea bags were present. I could hear everything from outside or between apartments. When we arrived, we couldn’t get into the property; a large security gate required a key or code that wasn’t provided, and no one answered the phone for 15 minutes. The area is isolated off the main road. I was extremely disappointed and unpleasantly stayed; if we hadn’t been attending a nearby wedding the next day, we would have left straight away.
