“Nie polecam, brak prądu, brak zainteresowania gościem i jego bezpieczeństwiem”
I was disappointed because almost nothing was good. The building is old but that was drowned out by other unpleasant things. The listing on the booking site should have said it’s a self‑service property with no staff on site – especially for women, being the only guest in the whole place and having no one around if the room has a problem is a safety issue. The room is practically the size of a bed, the mattress is uncomfortable, the paper blinds are single‑use – you can open them but you can’t fold them back. There was no power in the outlets, which was a real shock, and communication with the owner was only via email – no one called, asked, or informed me what was happening. I had to keep asking and look for the lady who supposedly came to fix the issue; there was zero “sorry” or any follow‑up the next day. Opening a lodging in the 21st century means you should expect a different standard that doesn’t require financial investment but does require that guests are communicated with if a seamless stay can’t be guaranteed – that had the biggest impact on my rating. The windows can’t be opened, only opened. Power was missing in all rooms and also in the hallway – and only in the hallway was there a kettle that had more stones than water; I rinsed it four times just to see that the socket there also had no power 🤦🏼♀️. The hallway lights are timed and turn off when we try to make tea for too long or when we walk down the stairs with luggage – perfect for a quick nap.
