The reception staff were attentive and the breakfast was good, but the smell on the rear floor made us ask for a floor change. I also didn’t like the attitude of one of the dining staff who seemed to monitor what you drink and eat; that behavior was unpleasant and shouldn’t be in the dining area.

The bathroom that was advertised simply isn't there at this hotel. When I asked the front desk, they told me that no room matches the picture of the suite’s bathroom that I had booked.
