The view was the best part of the property. The bathroom was separate, which is expected in an older home, and the walls are thin so you can hear the next‑door guests talking.

The house is beautifully stately with a nice room; the private bathroom is accessed via the hallway. The location offers a lovely view over the bay, and I would definitely return.

The location and view were amazing! The rooms were spacious and parking was right in front of the building. The owner helped with bags and made restaurant reservations. I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower power, so I missed showering on the first day, and the towels definitely need replacing.

I was sad we only stayed one night. The room’s view was fantastic, Morven was charming and helpful, the house is beautiful, and I would recommend it to anyone coming to Oban.
