The owner was aggressive and unprofessional. When we arrived, the room wasn’t ready, smelled bad, and had leftover stuff from previous guests. When we mentioned it, the owner shouted and acted aggressively instead of calmly resolving the issue. We had no choice but to leave, which was a distressing experience—the only bad stay in Armenia. I can’t recommend it.

Location was perfect – far from the noise, with a clear view of the lake and mountains, and the beach was pristine. The apartment matched the description and had enough space, but the kitchen was under‑equipped and the menu was very limited – mostly pork, veggies, and potatoes, with fish and chicken only in soup and no desserts. It would have helped to have a few snacks, a microwave, and a visible life ring on the beach, especially since there are no nearby shops or taxis.

The cabins are lovely and just a few steps from the lake, with a well‑maintained beach, loungers, pillows, tablets, a bar, and a sauna you can rent for an hour. The staff were friendly and made us feel special, and the breakfast was decent and included, while the dinners at the on‑site restaurant were tasty though pricey – grilled fish and crispy eggplants are a must.

The place is far from the busy side of Sevan, making for a calm stay, and the facilities and lake view are amazing. No complaints.

The rooms were comfortable with a good bed, shower, and hairdryer, and the nights were quiet, though the morning noise from neighbors could be heard. The beach was nice, the pool small, and there was a bar and a mini stage with DJ controls, though we only walked past it. The upstairs window was tiny and needed air conditioning, the TV was slow and the internet sluggish, and it would be nice if the check‑out time were more flexible.
