“It took 4 1/2 hours to get a working air conditioner.”
We got to the room at about 5:00. We ran the air conditioner for an hour. It was keeping the room warm. We reported it to the front desk. She came and looked and said it was cooling fine. We waited another hour. Still warm in the room. She said they would change out the air conditioner at 9:00. She said it would take 5 minutes to change. It took over 1/2 an hour. After 4 1/2 hours of warmth, the room began to cool. 😵💫. They should have moved us to another room. They had plenty of rooms available

The staff was very helpful and welcoming; they let me look at a few rooms before I chose, which I really appreciated. The room itself was perfect for my needs—clean, comfortable, and the air conditioner worked flawlessly. I had no problems at all during my stay, and as someone who is usually picky about hotels, that means a lot.
