The hotel was close to the shopping mall. Two young women in the lobby were very polite. Towels were changed to clean ones when requested, and they provided toilet paper and napkins. Breakfast included coffee, muffins, sugar, and oatmeal. The pictures looked pretty, but in reality it wasn’t that great. There was little dishware; we weren’t given knives or a saucepan, so we had to buy them ourselves. The kitchen was dirty, the appliances were worn, the walls and windows were grimy, dust accumulated behind nightstands, the kitchen furniture was awful, and the chair was stained. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and the sheet had a plastic film that made sleeping hard. Something kept biting us constantly. A woman was walking 230 meters behind the wall in the room, and both day and night the walls shook and the floor creaked. Mostly local residents live there. Someone smoked weed in the corridor and on the premises, leaving a smell. There was also ongoing construction with constant drill noise and paint odor. Overall, it’s a terrible old building, shabby, and the price doesn’t match the quality of service.
