The staff were loving, and the shower was hot. I received a room without a window, even though I think I paid for one with a window.

The location is close to key sights and the place is secure with gate access via key. There was some noise on Saturday night, but it faded away by 9 pm.

The check‑in could be very late, and the location is very good (city centre). The room had visible mold and a noticeable amount of wear, even though it was cleaned and maintained. Breakfast was fairly good, but the portions were small.

A great spot with friendly staff and a fantastic location, but the bed was really bad.

The place had a wonderful location and very welcoming staff, yet the room sat in an annex, making it hard to climb the steep staircase to the third floor through a cramped, stifling corridor that felt like it could make you faint. Breakfast was ordinary, with only a couple of boiled eggs available. Rooms were tired and old, though the beds were comfortable with firm mattresses. The linens were synthetic, a iron was available on request, and a hair dryer was in the room. Towels were very old and it was better to bring your own. Additionally, taxis couldn't pull up right to the hotel entrance; you had to walk with your luggage through narrow streets.
