“Very expensive”
I had to pay $12 for parking that should have been free.

Clean, free parking, and easy access to the freeway, beach, and town; the new hotel was very modern. The air‑conditioning in the room made a lot of noise. Toilet paper was low when we arrived, and when I called the front desk for more, it took almost an hour to deliver them even though the storage closet was just two doors down. Breakfast was mediocre; the eggs were bad but the rest of the food was fine.

We spent two nights there and everything was fantastic, though it would have been even better if parking had been free.

The room was nice, but the kitchen and vanity lights were broken, there were no towels in the pool area, the spa jets didn’t work, and the freeway noise was massive; the room wasn’t cleaned properly, the staff seemed unprofessional, and they didn’t mention the $12 parking fee.

I think you have a great property and the room amenities and breakfast selection were excellent, yet there was dog urine in the room that left a terrible odor; I can’t understand why the cleaning crew didn’t flag this unit for a deeper carpet cleaning before assigning it to us, and on top of that the jacuzzi wasn’t working, which was a huge disappointment.
