It’s a fraudulent hotel that doesn’t exist; no assistance or customer service, so you’re left searching uselessly—never book it.

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the staff didn't exactly set the tone for a pleasant stay. The bedsheets were dirty, which was a major turn-off. I'm not sure what the staff was thinking, but it seemed like they were more interested in chatting with each other than attending to their duties.
