The location was good and the check‑in/out procedures were easy. The bathroom was very bad; the shower drain was clogged or very slow, water splashed into the bathroom while using the shower, and when I turned on the faucet in the sink, water sprayed onto me.

They took a long time to reply, the bathroom smelled like bad pipes, the internet was very bad, and the shower was in poor condition.

The location was okay, but there were bed bugs in the bed! The bed bugs in the bed and especially the hotel’s reaction after we pointed it out were awful. We sent photos and the hotel offered to reimburse the cost of the cream at €12.90 and claimed that there were no bed bugs and that a professional company had cleaned everything the next day. When we asked which company was used and what the report said, the hotel stopped communicating!

The late self‑check‑in was fine, but there were critical safety and cleanliness hazards. The electronic door lock was completely broken, forcing us to barricade the door with luggage, and strangers tried to enter our room multiple times. The room itself was neglected: floors weren’t vacuumed, curtains were stained, and the mattresses were completely sunken and ruined. The bathroom was just as bad, with an uncleaned toilet, grime, and mold in the shower—completely unacceptable.
