I only wanted good value for two nights; it did the job. The staff were very friendly. I found it too soft, there was no light décor, no bed sheet cover, I had to ask for extra blankets, it was 6⁰ at night. The hygiene products were terrible, so I bought my own at the supermarket.

I was denied a room by the hotel staff because they claimed my reservation didn't exist in their own app, even though the app showed availability; the service was poor, the place was unprepared, and the staff misled me about app issues.
