If you’re solo or with a couple of friends looking for something simple, calm, and central, Di Mauri is the place. The service was super friendly, I had no problems, and it was all very warm—perfect for a quick stop in Santiago. Some rooms lack windows.

The value for money is great: 30 for a spacious room and bathroom with excellent Wi‑Fi and easy access. The receptionist was very attentive. The street noise is loud, especially in the room right next to it, but that’s understandable in an old building.

The front desk staff were very attentive to everything we needed. The place is very quiet and clean, and everything works properly. It’s very central, close to everything. There’s a fair trade shop right in front if you need to buy something, and a craft beer bar just a block away. The bed was a bit soft for my taste, but we still managed to rest because the place was very quiet.
