The beach was nice, but the staff were unfriendly; they weren’t rude, yet the waiter would stare while we approached the bar, showing little courtesy or helpfulness compared to other hotels, so I wouldn’t stay here again.

The food and beach were good, but the staff were mixed: some were very kind while others were quite despotic, and when we went to the timeshare they said it was 90 min but it actually took 3 hours; because we didn’t buy the membership, the woman at the last filter treated us terribly, a horrible experience.
