I was excited about the getaway spot, but when I arrived I discovered I had to pay an extra £60 for bedding—a charge I’d never seen before when booking. The caravan smelled sick, pillows in the wardrobe had sick on them, and the pull‑out bed topper was also covered in sick. The carpet had stains as well.

Nothing positive to mention. The place was unclean, it smelled, and the mattress was extremely old.

We had a fantastic time at this place, despite the weather not being on our side. The location was perfect, and we enjoyed a great weekend, making the most of our stay.

We've had the pleasure of staying in this caravan twice, and it's been a lovely experience both times. The caravan is situated ideally, just a short walk from the beach and Felixstowe docks. It's well-equipped with everything we needed, making our stay restful and enjoyable. However, we did experience a drainage problem in the bedroom toilet, which was quite unpleasant.
