The location and capsule design offer great privacy. The lockers room has no tables, which makes it hard if you need a spot to pack your luggage.

Air conditioning in the building and the capsule itself is great. The location is at the KL transportation hub with malls nearby, and the staff were helpful. Nothing negative.
