The location in the residential area is fairly spacious. The service was off: I called at 13:50 to get my room, the staff member named Thanh said it was at L08-08, but actually the message on Zalo said L03-08 and the location was wrong. When I arrived the room wasn’t cleaned and I had to wait. The room smelled, the bed had wasps, and the bathroom had a bad odor. The equipment was poor: a broken chair, a moldy microwave, a broken shower tap, and the elevator kept stalling until I pressed the button repeatedly (the staff told me to push it a bit harder).
