Inge turned out to be an amazing host, giving us a tour and plenty of local tips; the spot is perfect for unwinding or a quick stop before La Fortuna, and the breakfast, with homemade recipes, bread, jam, and more, was simply unbeatable!

Breakfast was outstanding—the best I’ve had in Costa Rica—Inge was very friendly, and the talking parrot was a highlight; the grounds are beautiful, the rooms spacious and impeccably clean, everything truly first‑rate, with a cheap, delicious restaurant right across the street and an almost unbeatable cocoa tour, making it a wonderful place overall (weather aside).

Everything was very nice and tidy; the owner is extremely kind and attentive, ensuring guests have the best experience. I have no complaints; the only issue is that the phone signal in the room is weak, but there is Wi‑Fi.

Maar alles top top verzorgd. Ontbijt is een aanrader!. Haast geen wifi (en geen netwerk) in het huisje. Douche was minder

We had a completely wonderful stay and can recommend this hotel from the heart. The lovingly designed garden was especially impressive; everything is impeccably maintained and crafted with great attention to detail—an instant relaxation spot. The bungalows are spacious and tastefully furnished. The host is warm and attentive, making you feel at home right away.
