The room was good, suitable for disabled guests, the breakfast was fine, and the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was varied and tasty, with personal requests taken care of. The snack and coffee bar on the hallway was great, offering more than any minibar. The beds were very comfortable, and both the bathroom and the room had plenty of storage and shelves. The hotel’s location was excellent – a 5‑minute walk to the lake, the pedestrian zone, or the Müritzeum. After careful consideration, we couldn’t find any negatives.

The location is very central yet quiet. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff at the reception and breakfast area were very friendly. The breakfast area itself is quite small; when many guests eat at once, you can only find a seat right next to the buffet, making it very tight and blocking the aisle. It’s probably more relaxed in summer, when you can also eat on the terrace outside. Payment-wise, if you pay for the room at the hotel, credit card isn’t accepted—only cash or debit card.

We really liked how close the hotel was to the Müritz. The breakfast, however, was a bit sparse with limited choices.
