The location is superb, right by the river and just a few meters from Hot Park. The apartment we stayed in was outdated; we know there are differences between units, but the setup was lacking. There were no cutlery, plates, or chairs, so we had to share them among the people we rented for. We had a fridge‑cooler issue and asked for repairs, but the person who rented it didn’t fix it, stalled, and never even looked. If you’re renting, stay alert. Several companies handle the rentals. Reception staff didn’t know if the restaurant would open at night—they just said they didn’t know, yet we later learned it never opens. Someone working there should know that.

The condominium is wonderful, but the kitchen is quite basic and missing essential utensils; better equipment would help.

The view of the river from the back of the condominium is very nice, but there were no cutlery.

The river runs right by the hot tub, and the jacuzzi is a highlight. The only downside was that the bathroom in my apartment only worked once.
