The service, the excellent food quality, the well‑kept facilities, and more make it a great all‑inclusive recommendation. However, while the staff’s willingness, attention, and service were the best when handling a medical emergency for my baby, the medical staff’s training in baby and child first aid was lacking; they didn’t have clear measurement parameters, etc. Still, I’m very grateful to everyone because the care was prompt.

Great drinks and tasty food, rooms are new, beautiful and comfy, and the beach is really nice, but there’s no adult entertainment.

The building is relatively new, yet the toilets in the rooms are poorly designed and getting a stroller in through the entrance is difficult.

Premises rather new. This was our 2nd stay in SLS in a short while. Second time was worse: staff locked our passports in safe box without notice; we had to ask for coffee capsules 4 or 5 times over several days; dry cleaning is overpriced (we paid like 450 usd for 3-4 days worth of clothes); at least half of the restaurants were closed
