The room was spotless and inviting, the facilities were great, and its central location in Skegness was convenient. There was no noise, and I felt relaxed coming and going at my leisure. The lady who greeted us had already been in touch before arrival, was very friendly and helpful, and I’ll definitely stay here again and have saved the hotel for future visits. Thank you 😊

It’s well worth staying; the hotel communicated excellently, the staff were friendly and informative upon arrival, the location is central—about 100 yards from the Pier—and the room was large with a comfortable bed.

The room was very clean and well presented, with tea, coffee, a mini‑fridge, and bottled water, which was very nice. The owner welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The location is unbeatable, right next to the beach and centre yet far enough from the main road to avoid noise. Everything was fine, no complaints.
