The price was reasonable for a week for my boyfriend and me, but we found roaches—see the attached photo—and they moved us to a lower floor where the room had no appliances at all: no microwave, no hairdryer, no alarm clock, and we were forced to leave the room. I called the police and tried to press charges, but they refused because someone had been placed there to cause trouble. We wanted a different room because there were watches on the walls, which I’m also attaching. The roaches were rude, they took the appliances out of our room, moved us to another room, knocked on our front door, and asked us not to post this online, yet I’m doing it anyway. There was no ice machine, no laundry on site, and a lot of roaches—see the first picture.

Nothing notable upon arrival. The only main entrance was blocked with a hand‑held sign pointing to the back door of the property. The landscaping was unfinished, and I couldn’t get out of the car. I ended up canceling my reservation because the outside looked bad, and I could only imagine how the interior would be—like an old hood project where poor people live, not a hotel at all. The place should have been used for rehab.

Even though some areas were under construction, the room was immaculate, as were the common areas and hallways, so we’ll stay again! The only problem was with booking: I tried to add a night online and it created a second booking. I had to call and wait for a callback—something that should never happen—while the hotel had already canceled the additional booking long before the issue was resolved.

The location was great and the room had been refurbished, but it smelled damp. I could hear every movement from both sides and above.
