Clean, tidy, and modern with bright décor, quiet, nice pools, good breakfast, and just a few minutes to the beach; extra pool towels and plenty of sun loungers are provided, rooms feature a small balcony and elevators are in the buildings; it’s fairly quiet, especially off‑season, but the surroundings feel a bit bleak and there are only a few restaurants and a 7‑Eleven.

The location was excellent, right across from the beach and the road was very quiet with almost no traffic; the hotel is brand new and the rooms are well designed with great sea views and ample space; breakfast was great and the pool was quiet; Cha am beach is a calm, relaxed, and safe spot with minimal traffic; we rented a scooter each day to reach the local sauna and to visit the bars in the evenings; the bed felt a little firm.
