NA. Pathetic property & staff, cancels booking just 2 hours before checkin giving some lame excuse. Manager Parikshit was as shit as possible giving alternate accommodation 60 KMs away . Luckily was able to book a place close by local contact with much better view at 1/3 cost and comfort. Hell no for anyone planning anything important here which was a mistake. They would ruin your holidays for their mistake by double bookings

The location is beautiful, the view is excellent, the staff are friendly, and the food is delicious and healthy. There should be an elevator or wheelchair access for senior citizens if possible.

The location is wonderful, perfect for clear views of Mt Kangchenjunga. The staff are very helpful and courteous, and the people managing the restaurant, front desk, and room service are all professional and great to interact with. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is great—we had some custom dietary requirements in our party, and the restaurant handled everything perfectly.

The view of Kanchenjunga Mountain, the decor, the movie theatre, and the smiling staff were all highlights. We enjoyed playing Carrom with the staff in the activity room, and chatting about a celebrity connected to this property while drinking beer in the bar was a bonus. The original room (3004) had a sewer smell that a couple of staff refused to acknowledge. Fortunately, one of them found a solution, blocked the drain, and the smell stopped. The next morning we were moved to room 3001, which was in great shape. This change was handled by Anirban, the food and beverage manager, who was very accommodating. There are stairs to climb up or down to reach from point A to point B; please consider ramps to help senior citizens. More signage is needed for navigation across this beautiful property. The bakery items in the breakfast buffet—croissants, danishes—were cold and located far from the toaster. They taste better when warm (suggestion). The car supplier’s name is not Nirmala but Chumki; Nirmala has not worked in the travel company for a year now. Please update your information.
