The room was clean and comfortable, but we booked this hotel for a Park/Fly/Stay. When we returned from our trip, we called the hotel for a pickup at 2am and the desk attendant forgot to tell the driver; he was on his way back to the hotel from the airport when we called a second time, so he turned around and came for us. We ended up getting to the hotel at 4am. The attendant was very apologetic and offered us complimentary breakfast and a 2pm late checkout.

The staff mocked me and allowed their guests to humiliate me. Unfriendly.
