The ladies at the front desk were friendly and tried to help, but the place was a nightmare. I booked a month ahead and when I arrived they didn’t even know I had a reservation. Smoke‑butts littered the lobby and empty rum cans were everywhere—definitely not what the photos promised. The owner was rude on the phone and vanished when I tried to contact him.

This place is a total dump—everything is broken and filthy. The facilities are a joke, and it looks like a shelter for the homeless, not a hotel. I can’t believe they’re still advertising it like this.

I expected a decent stay, but it was a disaster. The TV was unplugged, no aerial or remote, and the bunk beds had no blankets—only one pillow had a case, the other lay on the floor. Dirty cups stayed on the sink, kitchen and bathroom cabinets were broken, and the AC cover was shattered on the floor, so we had to turn it off. There were so many other issues I won’t list.

The room had a shower and some basic amenities, but the overall facilities were lacking. The owner was flustered and had to call a resident to hand me the key the next day. Even the toilet paper was oddly placed by a child’s hand.

I never even got breakfast, and the place was a health hazard. There were major electrical problems, no fire alarms, torn pillows, and cockroaches everywhere. The cleanliness was appalling—everything was grimy.
