The location is great if you’re visiting the university or heading to the football stadium, the beds are very comfortable and the place stays quiet even though it’s near the freeway, and we appreciated the kitchenette for a longer stay; no problems.

The room was clean, but the water was lukewarm, never really hot and took a long time to heat up; they were renovating and turned the water off without notifying us, and the room had a greasy fried‑food smell.

I keep coming back to this spot in Kennesaw because the King Suite is simply outstanding, and the laundry and other facilities are first‑rate; the hotel is currently under renovation and will look even better once it’s finished. The front desk staff, however, could use more training—just a friendly smile and a quick rundown of how to navigate the property would have made a difference, and breakfast is still a bit incomplete until the remodel is done.

Breakfast was decent and the room stayed spotless, but the traffic outside was unbearably loud, the air‑conditioning would wake me up every time it cycled on, and there was no elevator at all.
