The location is amazing. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The shower has a weak water stream, but it’s the only hotel on the island made from totora reeds, so there’s not much else to compare.

The scenery is just beautiful, the host is incredibly helpful, and I couldn’t ask for more. The nights are very cold, and the altitude is extremely hard.

You stay in a place run by a very friendly and helpful family. The room was large, the bed super comfortable, and there was hot water. The food was also tasty, and you had your own little outdoor area right by the lake. You also have the option to take a free small boat tour with a family member, and they’ll tell you many interesting things about the Uros. One of the best accommodations we’ve had in Peru!

It was a privilege to enjoy Titikaka in a place like this; it was an unforgettable experience. Eder and his family were very welcoming, helpful, and always attentive to our needs. Totally recommended if you’re traveling to the Uros of Titikaka. Nothing to add.
