Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a bit of a nightmare. The staff got my room allocation wrong, and then charged me a higher price than I'd booked. And if I checked out early, no problem, but if I checked out early, I got charged extra for the early check-out. To make matters worse, I'd booked a room for the 1st of May, but they'd added on extra for a holiday.

On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. But the aircon in my room was a bit of a letdown - it was set to 5 degrees, but it didn't make a difference, and I was still sweating.

I was surprised by how popular this hotel is, considering it's in a relatively quiet area. The lobby and rooms are modern and well-equipped, with a rooftop pool and entertainment facilities. However, I did notice that the hotel is quite large, with many rooms, and it seemed like they weren't being used as frequently as they could be. When I checked in, I saw a few cockroaches scurrying around the room, and the bathroom door had been compromised, making it prone to water damage.
