The spot was perfect, right near everything, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The colonial‑style hotel looked beautiful, and when my early return flight required a quick bite, they had a breakfast box ready at the front desk—big thanks to Alex and Denis. The only downside was the wooden floor creaking underfoot, which is understandable in an old colonial house.

The building is a gorgeous 17th‑century structure that I truly adore, and the price was reasonable. The staff were fantastic! However, the shower’s temperature fluctuated a bit and leaked at the base; a silicone sealant around those spots would help.

Being close to Plaza de Armas and the San Pedro market was a plus, and breakfast was served until 10 am. However, we booked a room with one double and two singles and found it unavailable, so we had to settle for two doubles on the first night; they fixed the issue the next day.

The building feels like a museum, and the room was huge with comfy beds and a full bathroom. The staff were very friendly and the location was perfect near all the old‑town attractions. The breakfast was also very complete. The TV didn’t work, with the cable cutting out constantly, and the ceiling skylight in my room let in a lot of light from early morning.
