The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable with a lovely view of the river park, and the location was wonderful with two museums just across the street and many more within easy walking distance.

The front desk ladies were amazing—best I’ve ever seen at any hotel, even after traveling a lot! The location to downtown and Victory Field was awesome, but it was a shame no one mentioned the canal walk until my last night; I got to explore it once and can’t wait to explore it again. Thank you Nancy and Sandy for being so awesome! ❤️ The only reason I didn’t give this hotel a 10 was because of maintenance issues with my room. Otherwise it was an amazing getaway, and I would definitely book this hotel again.
