The spot by the sea was good, but compared to other places I've stayed at, this one wasn't the best. I never saw a place where I had to pay for coffee or other bar items, and I also had to pay for water in the dining room even though I had the half board option, whereas other hotels included it. Moreover, in the dining room there were both top‑tier and lower‑tier guests, which was not very pleasant. Overall, a patience‑draining experience that I wouldn't repeat.

The location was right on the beach, but the food was often cold; it sounded interesting yet didn't taste that good. Breakfast was always the same, and it got very loud in the evenings. The kids’ dance party was on the small terrace and you couldn't avoid it.

The hotel and dining room were perfect, the waiters excellent, the food well‑prepared with attention to detail, even in the plating (kudos to Sceff). The buffet was a bit sparse, only vegetables served by the waiters, portions were a bit small, but after all we’re on vacation and can’t burn off all the calories like when we work. I chose all‑inclusive, but lunch and dinner drinks aren’t included and a 1‑liter bottle of sparkling water costs 3.20 euros, which seems excessive; I’m not even talking about wine or other drinks, but at least the water should be part of the all‑inclusive. The bikes are fairly new but you have to pay 3 euros for half a day.

The hotel was outside, which was exactly what we wanted! The spot right on the beach was simply ideal. Everything was very clean, and we had a lovely balcony with a direct sea view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious—so much so that we joked about kidnapping the chef. There was nothing we didn't like, and we would love to come back.

Everything. We used the half board plan. The staff were kind, the place was clean, the breakfast was generous and abundant. Chef Marco Marino offered four options each evening—an appetizer, a first course, a main dish, all excellent, plus a vegetarian alternative. Portions were appropriate. Mixed salads were chosen at the table and served directly by the dining staff. Every evening there was dessert and fruit on a buffet. The “rechargeable card” for drinks, usable also on the beach, was a great idea. The beach faced the hotel; you just crossed the pedestrian/cyclist path, and there were umbrellas and sunbeds at negotiated prices. The reception guys were friendly, polite, and warm, as were the waiters. Among all the hotels I've stayed at in Milano Marittima, this one is absolutely the best. Highly recommended.
