The hotel choice was made a bit last minute, but the location fits our trip well. The hotel itself is fairly quiet, but I didn’t need to be alone. The location is beautiful. It met our expectations well as seniors.

The breakfast came in a bag inside the fridge and was fine. The hotel sits on a beautiful lakeside. There was no staff at all. The breakfast/afternoon restaurant was closed. The breakfast was in a bag in the fridge. The hotel is probably best in summer; in autumn the vibe was bleak. No other guests were around, just the four of us.

The rooms were good. The room we got was on the basement floor, even though there was space higher up. It was cold. Did the location of the booking on your site instead of directly at the hotel cause this? There was no restaurant or place to buy lunch or snacks. The nearest shop was far away and there was no small fridge to keep food. We paid for breakfast but it wasn’t offered. We only had a bag of snacks, which isn’t a breakfast at all—cold bread and juice, not a proper breakfast. Can we get a discount for the missing breakfast? This is the first and last time at this hotel. Very disappointing. I’ve stayed in 50 different hotels in Finland over 50 years, and this was the lowest point. The worst of all.
