We were told by management that breakfast wasn’t offered, yet we booked under the assumption it was; the location was good and the tavern food tasted fine. The room, however, was dark, dingy, and small with no chair, dirty windows, and a filthy carpet; no one came each day to make the bed or provide clean towels, so the ones we used remained damp. The bathroom was cramped, worn, and had no place to hang a dressing gown; it also didn’t shut properly.
