Great location and an amazing view, the pictures do resemble the reality! Comfortable room. The sewer smell in the bathroom seems to be a permanent issue and unfortunately it spread around the apartment too. An iron with water/steam would have been a better choice. The balcony is really small, not for sitting.

The balcony offers a gorgeous view of Makati City, and the spot is super convenient with a grocery store on the ground floor, a massage parlour on the second, and plenty of cafés and restaurants right outside. Walking to Ayala Ave, Gil Puyat Ave, and the nearby embassies is a breeze. Just remember there’s an extra charge if you want to use the pool.
