“Buona posizione. Albergo medio. Accoglienza da rivedere”

The spot was close to the dunes and parking was easy, but one staff member was really rude. When we returned in the evening we found the room door wide open, and we told reception. The receptionist said it wasn’t her job to check rooms and that she wasn’t paid for it. The next day she apologized and reported the issue. I’m not totally disappointed, just shocked by that response. Security is the staff’s responsibility. I understand reception shouldn’t patrol all apartments, but when a guest asks for explanations, the phrase “I’m not paid for this” is the worst possible reply.

“Best value for money hotel near the beach”

The place was in an excellent spot right next to the beach, the staff were lovely, and it was great that they ran a café/mini‑market. The rooms were spacious, like flats, and they were cleaned daily. The Bulgarian receptionist was exceptionally helpful, giving us a thorough guide to paths, areas, and restaurants with a big smile. The rooms need air‑conditioning; the fans are not enough, we’re not in 2010. The showers also need some love and investment.

“We experienced the stay that we had expected”

The food selection was excellent, tables were always clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining area had great views.
