The location was good. The bathroom could have been better, as there was no shower gel or shampoo provided. The pillows were too thick and hard, and there was no rubbish bin in the room. We could also hear other guests snoring, which made it difficult to sleep. Considering the price, it needs improvement.

The spot right in the heart of Funchal was truly great, and the hotel staff were very friendly. The beds, however, were a bit tight for two people and the mattress felt hard.

We were welcomed warmly and the location was perfect for enjoying the beautiful Funchal, plus the parking was appreciated.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the setting in the city centre was lovely yet quiet, and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean with a good bathroom, so overall it was simple but solid and tidy. The only downside was the air‑conditioning in the room.
