The dog was a problem; I couldn’t eat breakfast because the dog was barking in the room and I had to go back.

The staff’s hospitality was incredible, and from the start they tried to meet all our wishes and even more. We arrived early in the morning on the night train and were able to have a generous breakfast at the hotel right away. The buffet was huge and thoughtfully arranged. Afterwards we could rest in the lounge area until our room was ready for us (well before the official check‑in time). The room itself was very comfortable and clean. The next morning we had to leave very early. The hotel’s provision of a takeaway breakfast pack and the timely availability of a taxi were as natural as the rest of the service.
