The central spot is great, just a 7‑minute walk to the open public parking and a very close “movida” area in Noto; the exterior is charming and the main entrance is welcoming, thanks to the very kind owners. The main door is noisy when people come and go, the bathroom is tiny and uncomfortable, there's no proper air circulation because of a small window that opens into the hallway, and the bed makes a lot of noise.

The colleagues have a very pretty building, but the steep uphill road and parking issues are a drawback—common around Noto. I didn’t see any breakfast offered, except two pre‑packed croissants in the room and a coffee machine at the entrance. If the price includes breakfast, reconsider that; either provide a proper breakfast or make it clear that it’s not included.
