Le personnel au top, on voit du professionnalisme lors des excursions La vue est incroyable. Les chambres méritent une bonne rénovation pour être sur le même niveau que la réception

The location right in the jungle is great, the pool is nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is super clean, the tours are awesome, and the food is top. It does feel quite pricey, especially the food and bar – 18 dollars for two empanadas and a beer.

The staff’s attention is very friendly, everyone makes you feel at home. The humidity in the area is understandable, but the smell was very strong – even with a dehumidifier it filled up too quickly and stopped working. The air conditioning was very irregular and made a lot of constant noise.

The staff were super friendly and during the day you can do several adventure trips with your family. Maybe they could add more activities and play areas for kids inside the hotel, because if it rains there isn’t too much to do with your kids.
