“Absolutely loved it, we will definitely book here again.”
We absolutely loved staying at Minamiya and look forward to returning next year. The staff were outstanding, arranging taxis and moving luggage for us. The rooms were beautiful and immaculate, the onsen and massage chairs were superb, and the location suited us perfectly. Occasionally, guests would smoke outside near the front door, and the scent drifted into our room because we kept the windows open for fresh air. I understand this is beyond the hotel’s control, but perhaps moving the designated smoking area further from the building’s front would help.
