Set in the middle of nature, the host was lovely, and the private room and bathroom stayed cool even in midsummer thanks to thick walls.

Peggy’s welcoming attitude was a highlight; she’s a down‑to‑earth person with a big heart. The house sits in the countryside yet remains close to town, offering a pleasant setting. Walking and cycling trails are nearby, and the breakfast is extensive and varied—just tell us what time you’d like it. I highly recommend this cottage. The only caveat is that the kitchen might bother some guests because we share Peggy’s fridge and dishes; personally it didn’t bother me as she was discreet yet available.
