We received a free upgrade, staff were very helpful and super friendly, the location is a bit outside the city center but easily reachable by public transport or even on foot.

We liked everything! The hotel is brand‑new, very well located, just a 5‑minute bus ride from the main tourist sights, with the bus stop right in front of the hotel. It’s extremely clean and comfortable; the room is large, the beds are very comfy, and the linens and towels are clean and high quality. Breakfast deserves a mention: it’s very good, with plenty of variety for all tastes. A special thanks to the receptionist, who was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, giving us all the city info and transport details clearly, making our experience even better. I definitely recommend the hotel and would stay here again without hesitation. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.
