The hotel is wonderful, the staff goes out of their way, and the reception team is fantastic. The property is enormous because it is connected to the Marriott hotel. In fact, the hotel owns four buildings numbered 11‑14, located right next to the reception on the right. The rest of the area belongs to the other hotel, but all infrastructure is shared. There are huge pools, kids’ zones, quiet zones, 12+ pools, a fountain, a kiddie pool, a wave zone, and a huge bounce ball zone. The beach has loungers, water is always present, sunscreen and soothing aloe gel are provided. Towels are available from several zones of the hotel. You can book a shark farm tour, face painting, and master classes—quite interesting. Breakfasts are varied, with seasonal fruits, different egg dishes, pancakes and fritters for children. There is no information about the possibility of shark farm tours or various activities for kids; we learned about them by chance. It would be better if this was mentioned.

The hotel is stunningly beautiful, the room is huge and spacious with pool access, and the overall experience is exceptional. The family area has slides and spots designed for children; my daughters loved it. The staff were polite and attentive, the room was cleaned daily, and every request was met. The grounds offer delicious and varied restaurants. Highly recommended!

Wow, nothing beats the view. That’s all I have to say about this resort. No photo or description can capture the daily experience. The only downside is the inflated prices of the restaurants and bars, and the distance from Kaohsiung’s center feels like a waste. The prices in the restaurants and bars are steep; I expected at least a reasonable price at the pool bar and the seaside bar.
