The staff were very good, especially Yulia who did her best to serve us, but we didn’t expect that the first floor had no elevator, which is difficult for people with knee problems to go upstairs; in general the money isn’t equal.

The room was very new, modern and clean, and the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city and close to the Rozafa Hotel for bus drop‑offs and pick‑ups; the woman in the pizzeria downstairs was very friendly and helpful. The curtains were electric and wouldn’t close when I pressed the remote; I tried moving the batteries around but still had no success. I went downstairs and a fellow came up to try. He had problems as well, then it finally started to work. When I got back from my tour the next day, the remote was working so I assume they changed the batteries in the remote. The refrigerator wasn’t working so I left a note for the cleaner; however, the fridge never got fixed. I found that the space between one side of the bed and the window was very tight; I could have moved to the other side of the bed but the other side of the bed was the only side with a nightstand.

The place had a good position in the city, the view of the pedestrian street was pleasant, the window soundproofing worked well, the TV and Netflix were functioning, and for those who want it there was a rooftop terrace access that was clean; the only downside was that to receive the key you have to announce yourself at the pizzeria below.
